What is Nurish?
Nurish is a clean pre-workout designed to support energy, focus and hydration without unnecessary additives. Each serving combines naturally sourced caffeine with L-Theanine, L-Tyrosine and electrolytes to create a balanced pre-workout experience.
How much caffeine is in Nurish?
Each serving (2 scoops) contains 200 mg of caffeine. If you're sensitive to caffeine, we recommend starting with ½ a serving (1 scoop)to assess your tolerance.
When should I take Nurish?
Mix one serving with water and take it approximately 20–30 minutes before training. It can also be used before activities where you want additional energy and focus, like studying etc.
How many servings are in a tub?
Each tub contains 20 servings.
